Chapter 1: Are Your Employees Holding You Hostage?
The definition of hostage; one that is manipulated by the demands of another and/or a prisoner who is held by one party to insure that another party will meet specified terms.

How can you identify if your employees/staff are in fact holding you hostage and what can you do as an employer to not be held hostage? Could there be a missing link in your business infrastructure or management that is a large percentage of the problem? Have you ever wondered why and how successful businesses retain their employees for years?

Those individuals that own spas and salons at the moment and individuals that are entering the marketplace will read the information, yet, I wonder how many will actually take the time and make a commitment to actually act upon the challenges and make the necessary changes.
